Hi all
With the AGM fast looming up it is time to consider remits that you want to submit regarding changes to our constitution on how we govern ourselves.
We already have the 2 submitted last year albeit too late to be action-ed at last years AGM.

1 pertaining to changing our AGM date and the other relates to doing away with an auditor of accounts.

As we have to officially notify you of the AGM 28 days in advance your remits will have to be in Maries hands by 18 July to allow her to formalise them for publication with the official announcement of the AGM no later than the 21st July.

Please give this some thought
